Ishan Kishan Lauds SRH’s Team Effort After Big Win Over KKR

Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Ishan Kishan praised his team’s collective effort after their 65-run win over Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2026. He credited the explosive 82-run Powerplay stand between Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma for setting the tone, while Heinrich Klaasen and Nitish Reddy carried the momentum forward.

Kishan also applauded the bowlers for executing plans well and taking key wickets at crucial moments. He highlighted debutant Shivang Kumar’s fearless spell as a major positive. Despite the convincing win, Kishan admitted fielding needs improvement.

Meanwhile, KKR captain Ajinkya Rahane pointed to the lack of partnerships in the middle overs as the key reason behind their defeat.
