India delivered a stunning attacking masterclass, thrashing Canada 14-3 at the Sultan Azlan Shah Stadium in Ipoh, Malaysia, to seal a place in the 2025 final.

Defender Jugraj Singh led the charge with four goals, converting three penalty corners and a penalty stroke. Abhishek, Rajinder Singh, Amit Rohidas each scored twice, while Selvam Karthi, Nilakanta Sharma, Sanjay, and Dilpreet Singh added one apiece in a relentless offensive blitz. Canada responded through Brendan Guraliuk, Matthew Sarmento, and Jyothswaroop Sidhu but struggled to contain India’s dominance.

The win ensures India finishes top-two regardless of later results. Coached by Craig Fulton, India is likely to face Belgium in a rematch in the final.
