Gujarat Titans held their nerve to beat Punjab Kings by four wickets in a last-over thriller in IPL 2026 at Ahmedabad on Sunday. Chasing 164, Washington Sundar remained unbeaten on 40 off 23 balls and finished the match with a six off Marcus Stoinis with one ball remaining.

Sai Sudharsan anchored the chase with 57 off 41, while Jos Buttler chipped in with 26.

Earlier, Jason Holder starred with 4/24 as GT restricted Punjab to 163/9 despite a fighting 57 from Suryansh Shedge. The win strengthens Gujarat’s playoff push.
