ISL 2026: Chennaiyin FC Held 0-0 by Mohammedan SC Despite Dominance

Chennaiyin FC were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw by Mohammedan SC in their ISL 2025-26 clash at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Despite dominating possession and creating better chances, Chennaiyin failed to find the breakthrough.

Goalkeeper Mohammad Nawaz was pivotal for the hosts, producing a brilliant save to deny Hira Mondal in the first half. Chennaiyin threatened through Daniel Chima Chukwu and Imran Khan, but lacked a clinical edge in the final third. An injury to Klusner Pereira further disrupted their rhythm.

Mohammedan defended resolutely to secure a point, while Chennaiyin were left ruing missed opportunities after controlling large spells of the game.
