NorthEast United Hold Bengaluru FC To 1-1 Draw

Bengaluru FC were held to a 1-1 draw by NorthEast United FC in a tense ISL clash at the Kanteerava.

Braian Sanchez gave the hosts the lead in the 20th minute with a brilliant solo effort. Goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu made key saves to deny the visitors early on. NorthEast responded strongly after the break, and substitute Lalrinzuala Lalbiaknia found the equaliser in the second half.

Despite end-to-end action in the closing stages, neither side could find a winner, as both teams settled for a hard-fought point each.
