Former world and Olympic champions Belgium staged a sensational second-half comeback to defeat Argentina 5–3 in an FIH Pro League men’s hockey match at the Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium.
Argentina dominated the first half, racing to a 3–1 lead through penalty-corner goals. Belgium turned the tide with star forward Tom Boon leading from the front, scoring a superb hat-trick that included a stunning overhead strike. The Red Lions intensified their attack after the break and added two penalty strokes to seal the win.
