Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by 34 runs

Bangladesh kept the three-match T20I series alive with a convincing 34-run victory over Zimbabwe in the second match at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo.

Openers Tanzid Hasan (58) and Saif Hassan (55) laid the foundation with a superb 120-run partnership, helping Bangladesh post 186/5 in 20 overs. In reply, Zimbabwe suffered an early collapse, slipping to 21/3 before eventually being bowled out for 152 in 19.4 overs. Leg-spinner Rishad Hossain starred with 4/26, while Mahedi Hasan claimed 3/24 to seal the win. Ryan Burl top-scored with 29 for Zimbabwe, but his effort wasn’t enough.

The victory leveled the series 1-1, setting up a winner-takes-all decider in Bulawayo on Sunday.
